Someone from our local user group asked those of us who are not attending Adobe Max in San Francisco to look at the sessions and pick out the interesting ones, so that we can cover them in future meetings. There were a lot of sessions that looked good to me. Here are ones that caught my eye:

Two years ago today, September 7, I adopted a vegan diet. I really had only one big, motivating reason to do so: my health. There was something about turning 40 that got my attention.
I wasn’t old, but I wasn’t exactly young any more, either. And as my 41st birthday was coming up fast, I decided that I’d be better off if I took my health and well-being a bit more seriously. It wasn’t that I was having any health problems. I’ve always been in very good health, and hardly ever see a doctor. It was more about wanting to keep it that way.
With so much of my time spent behind a computer screen, I was starting to go soft in the middle. And I relied way too heavily on strong coffee to keep up my energy level. I decided that something needed to change if I was going to enjoy the next 40 years as much as I had enjoyed the first.
